Do I need an appointment?: Not to ask a doctor. Walk into any of our centres, or start from your phone.
How long does it take?: Usually the same day. Anything with a danger sign is moved to the front automatically.
Will I see the doctor face to face?: Only if one is needed. Most cases are answered in writing; where a doctor wants to see you, they will say so and you can choose a time.
What does it cost?: Ask at your health centre — this depends on the programme you are seen under.
Who can see my record?: The centre that made it, and any doctor reviewing your case. Nobody else.
